Adapted transport
On-demand adapted van transportation
We are pleased to partner with Kéroul, a non-profit organization dedicated to making tourism and culture accessible to people with disabilities for over 40 years, to offer a faster, more practical and economical adapted van taxi solution in Montreal and its close metropolitan area.
This three-month pilot project will enable us to validate user interest in this type of service and negotiate with institutions to build a permanent version.
This initiative is a “private” service, not dependent on the public adapted transport services provided by the STM, STL and EXO. Our drivers also provide rides with these institutions (by reservation) or our standard private service (if you are not eligible for public services). To find out more about our “standard” adapted transport services, click here.
Adapted van transport : for whom?
This adapted van transport service is aimed primarily at wheelchair users with reduced mobility who are unable to leave their wheelchairs (non-transferable), as the vans are specially equipped with safety rails and handrails.
If you are able to take a conventional taxi, or a non-adapted van, we advise you to order your taxi here.

An adapted taxi in less than 1 hour in Greater Montreal
The aim of the pilot project is to offer greater flexibility to adapted transportation. Usually, you have to book at least 24 hours in advance for this kind of service. With the Téo x Kéroul adapted van, the objective is to offer a taxi van service in less than an hour in the Greater Montreal area.
North: Laval to Saint-Jérôme.
South: from Longueuil to Saint-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.
Our drivers mobilize quickly to meet your urgent requests. You can also book a taxi for a specific time.

What is adapted taxi?
Adapted transport services (public or private) are modes of transport adapted to people with reduced mobility.
They are designed for people with one or more significant and persistent limitations, and who are restricted in carrying out everyday activities.
Public transportation services (STM, STL...) offer adapted mini-bus transportation services under certain conditions (eligibility criteria), while we offer a private taxi service, by reservation (no conditions). To find out more about our standard adapted taxi service, click here.
