Door-to-door assistance is: 

 An additional service to your taxi ride, which includes:
  • Opening and closing doors at both the pick-up and drop-off locations.
  • Assistance getting in and out of the vehicle.
  • The driver will offer support by offering their arm until you reach your home or your room (if in a hospital).
