Troubleshooting TEO app issues

We are constantly working on improving the TEO app. If you encounter a problem, you will certainly find a solution in this article.

The TEO app doesn’t seem to work anymore, what should I do? 

To solve this problem, the best solution to date is to delete your account to create a new one with the same phone number. Follow the steps below to delete your account:

  1. Go to the settings of your Téo app.
  2. Click My Account and then tap Delete Account.

Afterwards, you can simply create a new account from the same phone number and everything should work.

For any credit card-related issues, contact your bank to discuss any potential restrictions on online purchases.
