How to cancel my subscription

If you no longer wish to work with Taxelco, you can uninstall your equipment and we will close your file. The pending amounts will be deducted from your last trip, or even from the security deposit.

How to cancel my subscription

Canceling your Taxelco subscription is a straightforward process. All you need to do is visit Gingras taximeter to have the equipment in your vehicle uninstalled. Once we receive a notice of uninstallation from Gingras taximeter, we will promptly close your file.

Cancellation of subscription

Once you decide to cancel your Taxelco subscription, our dedicated Member Services team will take care of the process for you. They will close your subscription and reach out to you if there are any pending payments on your account. It's important to note that any outstanding amounts at the time of cancellation will be deducted from your last completed trips and, if applicable, from your security deposit. Rest assured that we strive to make this process as smooth and hassle-free as possible for our valued customers.

If there are no outstanding payments on your account and if you have returned all the equipment, we will ask our finance department to refund your security deposit. You can expect to receive the refund within 12 weeks from the date of your request.

 

Important note : Contribution weeks begin on Monday and end on Sunday. The weeks are not split, therefore any week started will be billed in its entirety.
