Temporary suspension

Looking to take a temporary break? Whether you require a rest or your vehicle is under repair for a given period, you will find the procedure to notify us of your break here. 

What is a temporary suspension? 

A temporary suspension is a pause in your subscription with Taxelco. During this break, you will not pay any fees related to equipment rental, equipment insurance, the SEV subscription or membership fees. 

How to put my subscription on hold? 

Steps to follow
If you wish to put your membership fees on hold, you must visit our partner garage Gingras to have the following equipement removed:

  • Dome identification;

  • Tablet;

  • Payment terminal;

  • Dome Bluetooth device 

Once this equipment has been removed, Taxelco will temporarily suspend your subscription and pause your membership fees. No charge will be made to your account during this period. 

Terms and duration

The suspension will be valid for a non-renewable three-month period. You will receive an email before the end of the three months asking you to indicate whether you wish to reinstall or completely uninstall the equipment. Failure to respond will result in your membership being permanently closed. 

Reactivation

When you're ready to come back, contact recruteur@taxelco.com to book an appointment at Gingras for your equipment reinstallation (expect at least a one-week wait). A reactivation fee of $215 + tax will be charged when you restart your activity.
