How to create a corporate account?

What is a Taxelco corporate account?

 The corporate account is designed for businesses using taxis for employee travel. Expense claims, tedious paperwork, and out-of-pocket travel costs are a thing of the past! The setup is simple: your company registers once, we finalize a service agreement and you can choose the billing method. We currently offer two distinct account categories. 

Your coupon account, for occasional rides

If you have a smaller team or expect fewer taxi trips, the coupon account might be right for you. Once registered, you can request taxi vouchers for your employees, and you will only be charged when a voucher is redeemed. 

The corporate billing account, for frequent rides

If your business requires frequent travel or if you wish to usage to designated personnel only, the corporate billing account is the ideal solution. We work with you to define the account users. Upon ordering the taxi, they must provide the corporate code and password to bill the ride to your account, eliminating the need for any payment on board. An invoice will be issued to you on a monthly basis. 

What informations are needed to open an account?

To open an account, please email us at aide@taxelco.com. Our team will verify the following information with you to finalize your service agreement:

• Company details: name, full address, and phone number;

• Account manager (your primary contact person) details: name, phone number, and email;

• Account type: corporate billing account or coupon account.
