I don’t own a smartphone. Is there any other way I can use your service?

The Téo Taxi service is mainly available through the use of our mobile app that can be downloaded from the App Store (iOS) or from the Google Play Store (Android). You can also use our Download page to get the taxi app.

It is now possible to hail an available Téo in the street, just like regular cabs.

Please note that we do not take cash payments and that all payments must be made by credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or debit card.

Using the Téo app on iOS and Android

The Téo mobile app requires the following versions of iOS and/or Android in order to operates correctly:

Android 4.1 or a later version

iOS 10.0 or a later version

Please note that our app is not optimized to rund on iPads, on Blackberry devices or any other mobile device operating on an OS other than iOS or Android.
