Payment receipt

If you ordered the ride using the mobile app:

Go into the Main Menu in the Téo app

  1. Select History
  2. Select the ride for which you need a receipt
  3. At the top-right of the screen, choose Resend receipt

You will receive your ride receipt at the email address you registered within your app.

If you paid your ride at the end, with one of our drivers:

Please send a receipt request at  receipt@teomtl.com

Include the following information

  1. Date and time
  2. Departure and destination address
  3. 4 last digits of the card used to pay

Our agents will be sending you your receipt within our business hours.

Complaint

For any complaint regarding a ride you had with Téo, please write us at help@teomtl.com with the following details:

  • Your name and phone number
  • The information of your ride
  • The details of your complaint

Your request will be processed by our agents during our business hours.

Lost and Found

You forgot something aboard Téo?

Send us an email at help@teomtl.com providing us as much information as possible among the following:

  • Date and approximate time of the ride
  • Vehicle number or driver's name
  • Details about the lost item
  • A phone number we can reach you at our customer service agents will get back to you as soon as possible everyday, between 8:00am and 8:00pm.

Important:

Please note that Téo is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items. Our customers are given the responsibility to claim their lost item at their insurance.

Within a delay of 3 months, if the found items are not claimed by their owners, Téo has the legal right to donate the above stated items to any chosen charity.

Customer Service hours

Monday to Sunday: from 8:00am to 8:00pm

 

Customer service department is closed on:

On June 24th or, if on a Sunday, June 25th (Quebec's national holiday);

On December 25th (Christmas holiday);

On statutory holidays, the customer service department is available from 10AM to 6PM.
