If you ordered the ride using the mobile app:
Go into the Main Menu in the Téo app
- Select History
- Select the ride for which you need a receipt
- At the top-right of the screen, choose Resend receipt
You will receive your ride receipt at the email address you registered within your app.
If you paid your ride at the end, with one of our drivers:
Please send a receipt request at email@example.com
Include the following information
- Date and time
- Departure and destination address
- 4 last digits of the card used to pay
Our agents will be sending you your receipt within our business hours.
